I have a size 10 men’s foot and got the L/XL. Bought them a few months ago when I injured my arch. I’m flat footed, stepped off the stairs a few steps to high and landed straight onto my foot and sprained my arch. Hobbled into Walmart and purchased these, put them on and they worked great. Hugged the arch and ankle, and took away a lot of the pain. Love them.
These socks provide great relief from plantar fasciitis. I didn’t see any directions on their intended use so I had to experiment with them.
I initially tried sleeping with them on, but ended up waking at night and removing them as they are too tight for that. I’m 6’2, 200 lbs and wear a Size 14 shoe. I have the Large/XL size.
I find that it is most comfortable wearing them around the house. In that scenario, they provide very firm support but not to the point of discomfort as with sleeping with them.
I don’t think it would be a good idea to wear them outside the house, in your shoes, as the tightness would be too much, IMO.
They are well worth getting, though. Just from my use around the house and with the use of the Spenco shout inserts, my use of ibuprofen or other pain relievers has decreased significantly in just the first week.
I have suffered with Plantar fascia pain for 2 years and it kept getting worse. I have tried many other supports that only kept me up at night. These did not! I can feel the support immediately! When I wake up I can actually walk!!! Thank you!
I bought this for my foot pain & I felt relief instantly! My foot feels support right where it needs it. Please continue to make this product & please make one for knees. Thank you for making this!
