Propel + Carbon Performance Insoles

I love them! I just got new walking shoes and these are perfect to support my flat feet and ankles. They are sturdy like I need with the carbon fiber and support for my over pronation.

These are great for my plantar fasciitis. They also work well for my frozen big toe.

These were the inserts my doctor prescribed to protect my foot (from bending my toe) before and after a cheilectomy for hallux rigidus. I only wear the right insert, because the left foot is normal and I can wear the insert that comes with my shoe. I bought two sets of these inserts to avoid changing them out when I changed shoes. They are a little difficult to get into the Shoe because of the Styrofoam edging. I also trimmed the top of the insert to fit my shoes more comfortably.

Overall, I am satisfied with the inserts but I would like to see a better material than the Styrofoam used and a lower price! 🤣🤣 It would be great if they were sold in singles and not just in pairs.
