The Spenco Men’s Plantar Fascia insole features a rearfoot stability plate that helps relieve pain from repeated stretching, minor tears and inflammation of the plantar fascia. Targeted arch support helps reduce tension and stress on the plantar fascia for faster healing and overall feet health. Forefoot perforations increase flexibility and air flow for more breathability. Industry leading Spenco shock absorbing foam keeps your foot comfortable throughout the day and can be used in any athletic, running or walking shoes with removable insoles. This insole is intended to fit men’s shoes size 7-13 and may be trimmed as needed for a true custom fit. To trim, simply remove the existing insole from your shoe, line it up with your new Spenco Plantar Fascia insole as a guide and trace with a ballpoint pen. Carefully cut with a sharp pair of scissors, then insert into your shoe with the top side up.

They don’t allow low star ratings

So I tried giving them a one star and they didn’t allow it. In a nutshell, didn’t like the inserts because of poor support and design. Unworn and in the box back they went and the customer pays for return shipping. More than 3 months have come and gone and no money back. I have emailed them twice and I get automated responses saying they are backed up and not to email again. The chat button on the website does not work, in case you want to text chat a live agent. And you can’t call them because there is no phone number. I don’t think I’ll ever get my almost 50 bucks back. But they get their insoles back to resell without a dime of cost to them since the customer is paying return shipping. Bad company and bad customer service.

Extremely Well Made Insoles

I purchased these insole for plantar fasciitis which was extremely painful. This brand was suggested by my podiatrist stating they are the best on market. He also suggested their flip flops since this is my shoe of choice. They were easy to trim to size and very comfortable. I’ve been wearing for 4 days and pain is beginning to subside gradually. This is quite the help as I do a lot of walking.I’m looking forward to getting total relieve as I’ve seen great improvement.

Cut them against another insert from a shoe that fits. I have them in a pair of my sandals I wear around the house I wish you could get them in colors.
